Loan Submission - Stated Income Stated Asset Program

ATTN NEW BROKERS: if this is your first loan submittal with North Penn Financial please call with your scenario before you start assembling your loan package.

3. FULLY complete a 1003 on the borrower. Unless the borrower and co-borrower are married, we will need a separate 1003 for each borrower. Please state ALL income, assets, real estate owned and liabilities. It is very important that the 1003 is filled out completely, accurately, and is legible.

4. A Tri-merge credit report is needed for each borrower. The reports must be no more than 30 days old.

5. A current Rent Roll and income/expense statement, for at least the past 12 months, is needed for the subject property.

6. Digital Photos of the subject property, including interior and exterior, front and or side, rear, parking and street scenes.

7. Fax the above information to (215) 361-3009. Or attach the forms to an email and send it to Apps@northpennfinancial.com

8. Calyx Point or Encompass Ellie Mae Users may email their Data File to Apps@northpennfinancial.com

9. During and after the Pre-Approval process, additional information and/or documentation may be requested.
