Schedule Closing

The Borrower(s) may be represented by their own attorney if they chose, however once "Clear to Close" is issued, North Penn's attorney will prepare all closing documentation, conduct the closing, issue title insurance and act as escrow agent.

North Penn's attorney/closing agent will contact the broker(s) and or borrower(s) / seller(s) to schedule a convenient time for your closing and to provide the actual amount of funds you need to bring to the the settlement table. Remember, a cashiers check is required at closing for any and all funds required.
