Typically these borrowers are ineligible for bank financing because of their lack of documentation or the uniqueness of the property they are looking to finance. Our Full Doc program is a very unique hybrid between traditional commercial underwriting and residential underwriting. This program provides exciting financing opportunities previously not available in the small balance marketplace. Highlights include: very competitive rates with up to a 85% LTV with mezzanine financing, and we allow up to a 95% CLTV for multi-family and mixed-use properties.
