Our Stated Income/Stated Asset program is excellent for entrepreneurs, self-employed business owners and investors who do not have verifiable income or assets. Typically these borrowers are ineligible for bank financing because of their lack of documentation or the uniqueness of the property they are looking to finance. Highlights include: very competitive Wall Street rates with up to 85% LTV for multi-family and mixed-use properties, and 90% LTV for other traditional commercial properties. Our Full Doc program is a very unique hybrid between traditional commercial underwriting and residential underwriting. This program provides exciting financing opportunities previously not available in the small balance marketplace. Highlights include: very competitive rates with up to a 85% LTV with mezzanine financing, and we allow up to a 95% CLTV for multi-family and mixed-use properties.
